Neuromuscular Rehabilitation
Therapeutic exercise and Neuromuscular re-education seeks to accomplish the following goals:
- Enable ambulation
- Release contracted muscles, tendons, and fascia

- Improve circulation
- Improve respiratory capacity
- Improve coordination
- Reduce rigidity
- Improve balance
- Promote relaxation

Use of Ice Therapy: Use Ice therapy after muscle injury to reduce swelling and muscle relaxation.
Use of Heat therapy: The use of heat therapy causes the injured muscles to relax by opening the capillaries and improving circulation to the area.
